Our Story
As is the case with many good things in life we started out small. In November of 1996 a handful of people met for Bible study in a home in Christ Church. One after another people came to faith in Jesus and started inviting others.
The Lord challenged us to consider planting a church. We stepped out in faith and The Living Room was officially launched on October 10, 1998. We are a cell church affiliated with DOVE International.
Our Vision
To build a relationship with Jesus, with one another and to transform our world from house to house, city to city and nation to nation.
This is achieved by intentionally practicing the following in our meeting times together; prayer & worship; relationship development; study of the Word; flowing in spiritual gifts; outreach; discipleship; leadership development; multiplication.
Our Mission
Our mission is to exalt Jesus Christ as Lord, obey His Word, and to encourage and equip each believer for the work of ministry. This mission will essentially be accomplished by the threefold mandate God has given us: prayer, evangelism and discipleship.
We are a cell church affiliated with DOVE International.
