Steve & Shelly Moore
Senior Elders/Pastors
Steve and Shelly have been married for over 43 years, have four children and two granddaughters. They have been in full time ministry for over 34 years, including 7 years as missionaries in Brazil with YWAM. They became lead elders of The Living Room in 2008. Their key values are Truth above Loyalty; obeying the Word of God over culture and popular opinion. They aim to raise up authentic disciples who practice God’s Presence and honour the Holy Spirit.
Sean & Maria Bullen
Elders
Married for 35 years, Sean and Maria are proud parents of two adult daughters and are devoted professionals in the medical field. Since 2000, they have operated their own clinic, where they live out their faith each day by caring for patients with compassion and excellence. Recently, they have expanded their vision by building a new medical facility, creating space for other doctors to join them. This wonderful couple is such a blessing to our church and have served as elders since 2016.
Dave & Caroline Gill
Elders
David and Caroline Gill have enjoyed being married for over 30 years and have four sons and two daughters-in-law. David is a land surveyor and owns his own business, which Caroline assists him in. This lovely couple have been members of the church since 1998 and elders since 2015. They are passionate about investing in marriages and using the arts to share the love of Jesus. They have served in YWAM both in Kansas City, MO and here in Barbados.
Dylan King
Assistant to Senior Elder
Dylan is a servant hearted leader with a shepherd’s calling and is a great blessing to our church. As Lead Elders’ assistant, he covers a multitude of responsibilities and tasks. He felt God calling him into missions straight out of secondary school and subsequently spent nearly 5 years serving with YWAM in Brisbane, Australia before returning home to work with TLR. Dylan loves to play and watch almost any sport and spend time with family and friends.
